Description:

With the advent of diesel-powered vehicles, the emitted particulate matter, main carbon, has aggravated environmental pollution. Diesel engine regulations stipulate that the particulate matter emitted by diesel passenger cars should meet the following standards: less than 2.0g/mile. Diesel particulate filters can filter more than 80% of soot particles, which is very helpful in solving air pollution problems in practical applications. If the silicon carbide diesel particulate filter is coated with precious metals (such as Pt, Pd, and Rh), the black smoke with carbon particles produced by the diesel engine will enter the filter through a special tube. The soot particles are absorbed by the metal fiber felt filter when they pass through the internal close-packed bag filter. When the particle absorption reaches a certain level, the tail burner will be ignited and burn automatically. In this case, the absorbed particles are burned and turned into non-toxic carbon dioxide and then discharged. The whole machine is designed as a double-chamber structure, and it is filtered and recovered in different areas without interference. The system can work automatically when the engine is in any working state. The special honeycomb ceramic particulate filter, to a certain extent, plays the role of a particulate trap.
