The metal honeycomb substrate is a honeycomb structure with thousands of parallel channels. The walls of these channels provide surfaces for the conversion of harmful emissions into carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and water vapor. All of our substrates are light, 100% brazed to ensure structural integrity, and can withstand temperatures up to 1300C. Metal substrates are ideal for diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC).

They are also ideal for your diesel particulate filter (DPF). Used in the exhaust system of automobile engines, such as Honda, Suzuki, Toyota, etc. And diesel engines, such as agricultural machinery and construction machinery: tillers, harvesters, rice transplanters, planters, rice mills, weeders, threshers, hoisting machinery, excavators, reinforced concrete machinery.
